Lets Talk Out

A safe space to be heard

Say it out loud. Someone is listening.

Breakup, burnout, family pressure, or a night that feels too long. Spend forty-five private minutes with a real, trained listener who won't advise, fix or judge — just stay with you while you say what you haven't said yet.

See how it works

You've been carrying a lot. You can set some of it down here.

  • the job that's eating me alive
  • a breakup nobody knows about
  • my parents' expectations
  • feeling alone in a full room
  • grief I never had time for
  • anger I can't show at home
  • not knowing what I want anymore
  • being the strong one, always

From heavy to heard.

What a Lets Talk Out session feels like, from the first quiet minute to the lighter one after.

Some days sit heavier than others. You hold it in. You keep going. But carrying it alone gets tiring. What if someone simply listened? No advice. No fixing. No judgement. Just someone who stays with you. Until it feels a little lighter. You don’t have to carry it alone. Lets Talk Out: say it out loud, someone is listening. Private 45-minute sessions in Hindi and English, from ₹499.
Private, on Google Meet · from ₹499

Four steps. No forms, no waiting list.

  1. 1

    Choose what you need

One session to try it, or a pack if things have been heavy for a while. Nothing renews on its own.

  2. 2

    Pick a time that's yours

See open times in IST and choose one in your language. It's held for you while you pay.

  3. 3

    Pay securely

UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. Your Google Meet link arrives on email and WhatsApp straight away.

  4. 4

Talk, cry, vent, or sit quietly

Join from your phone or laptop, camera on or off. You decide what to say, and how much. Afterwards, rate it privately and book the same listener again if it felt right.

Whatever it is, you can bring it here.

There's no "big enough" reason to talk. These are some of the things people carry into a session.

  • Breakups & relationships

The ending no one saw, the fight on repeat, or loving someone who doesn't make it easy.

  • Work stress & burnout

Office politics, a manager who drains you, or that Sunday-night dread that won't lift.

  • Loneliness in a new city

New job, new flat, no one to call at the end of the day. Feeling alone in a full room.

  • Family pressure

Marriage questions, career expectations, or always being the strong one at home.

  • Exams, studies & career

Results, comparisons, and not knowing what you want anymore, or who you're doing it for.

  • Late-night low moments

When everyone's asleep and the thoughts get loud. You don't have to sit with them alone.

Your privacy

What you say here, stays here.

Saying it out loud is hard enough. You shouldn't also have to worry about who's listening. Here is exactly how we protect you.

  • No real name needed

  • Never recorded

  • Your listener sees very little

Only the name you give, your language and any note you choose to add. Never your email, phone number or payment details.

  • Camera off is fine

Join on Google Meet with just your voice. Meet shows your Google account name, so you can join from any account you like.

  • Payments stay with Razorpay

Card, UPI and bank details go straight to Razorpay. We never see or store them.

  • No selling, no tracking

We don't sell or share your data, and we use no advertising or analytics cookies.

  • Encrypted

Everything you send us, from booking to payment, travels over an encrypted connection.

Questions people often carry with them.

Is this the same as therapy?

No. Lets Talk Out is supportive listening, not therapy, counselling or crisis support. Your listener is trained to listen with empathy, not to diagnose or treat. If a therapist would help, your listener can gently say so.

Who will I be talking to?

A real person, never a bot. Every listener is trained in active listening and empathy and is supervised by our team. If you book again, you can keep the same listener.

Can I cry, vent, or just stay quiet?

Yes, all of it. There's no right way to use your session. Many start with a few minutes of silence, and that's fine.

Can I talk in Hindi?

Yes. Choose Hindi or English when you book and we'll match you with a listener who speaks it.

Will anyone find out I booked?

No. Sessions aren't recorded, we never sell or share your data, and you can book with just a first name. For company plans, employers only ever see total usage — never names.

What if I don't know what to say?

That's very common, and completely fine. Many sessions start with silence. Your listener will help you begin, at your pace.

How do I join the session?

On Google Meet, from your phone or laptop — keep your camera off if you prefer. Your link arrives by email and WhatsApp the moment you book, and it's always in My account.

Where do I find my sessions?

Open My account and enter your email. We'll send a 6-digit code, no password needed. There you can join, see your Meet links and book the sessions left in your pack.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Each session is reserved just for you, so all bookings are final: they can't be cancelled, moved or refunded once paid. Please check your date and time before you pay. If we have to cancel, we'll offer a new time or a refund. See our booking & refund policy.

What if I'm in crisis right now?

Please don't wait for a session. Call iCall on 9152987821, Vandrevala Foundation on 1860-2662-345 (24×7), or dial 112.

You don't have to carry this alone.
Whenever you're ready, we're here.
