What Lets Talk Out is

A private, one-on-one, time-bound conversation with a real human listener over Google Meet: a space to talk, vent and be heard, much like talking with a trusted friend who knows how to listen.

What Lets Talk Out is not

Your responsibility

You decide what to share and what to do after a session. If a listener believes professional help would serve you better, they may gently suggest it. If you have a diagnosed condition or are under treatment, please continue with your doctor's care. Lets Talk Out does not guarantee any particular emotional, personal or other outcome.

Limits of confidentiality

Conversations are treated as confidential. Confidentiality may be limited where Indian law requires or permits disclosure, including an imminent and serious risk of harm to you or another person, or a lawful order. We then share only what is reasonably necessary.
